I live in Troy - Upstate New York. So what I do love about NY has to be the country side type of scenery here.
At times it amazes me that when you are driving in to Troy it is hard to tell you are entering a fair sized City. We have a lot of trees - whose canopies hide a majority of the structures that make up our city.
I live in what has to be called a definite College town. We Have Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Russell Sage College, Emma Willard School, Hudson Valley Community College, as well as the Samaritan Hospitals School of Nursing. So there is a very diverse population here.
